You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Use the App for any commercial purposes
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to circumvent premium features without proper purchase
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws

5. Coin System and Purchases

Ophora uses a coin-based system for premium features. Key points about our coin system:

• Coins are virtual currency used within the App
• Coin purchases are one-time transactions, not subscriptions
• Coins are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law
• Coins have no real-world monetary value
• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store

Your anniversary dates, memories, photos, and personal content remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your content. Your data is stored locally on your device, and we only collect minimal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
